In 2020, Dr. Ananya Iyer had spent eight years watching pet parents shuttle between three places — a vet here, a groomer there, and somewhere else again for boarding. Every handover meant a new set of strangers, and for a nervous animal, more stress each time.
So she teamed up with groomer-partner Joel D'Souza to build the opposite: one calm place in HSR Layout where the same familiar faces handle the clinic, the grooming and the boarding. Eight years of small-animal practice taught Ananya that most of a pet's fear at the vet is avoidable — and that a rushed appointment rarely gets to the real answer. She runs the kind of clinic she'd happily bring her own pet to: unhurried consults, in-house diagnostics so results come faster, and house calls for the animals who simply can't face the trip.
Joel runs the studio side, where grooming is never a wash-and-go. Fear-free certified, he's trained to read a pet's stress and slow right down — working with a nervous dog or cat instead of powering through to finish.
